2. Meet Alicia Butler
Alicia Butler Pierre is the Founder & CEO of Equilibria, Inc. – a 20-year-old operations management firm offering training solutions to increase efficiency and enterprise value for fast-growing organizations.
She’s an international TEDx speaker, board member, software inventor, two-time Amazon bestselling author
of Behind the Façade: How to Structure Company Operations for Sustainable Success, and producer of podcasts globally ranked in the top 2% and top 10%.
Alicia is also a Lean Principles adjunct instructor at Purdue University, an authorized training partner of the Project Management Institute® and was recognized by the Process Excellence Network as a Global Top 50

Meet Ugochi Agoreyo
Ugochi Agoreyo is a Strategy Development Expert and Management Executive with 2 decades of
professional experience with expertise in Technology Partnerships/Channel Strategy.
She has extensive experience leading Channel development and partnerships, within multinational
organisations such as, Google, SAP and Microsoft.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos. She also holds an MBA
from the Warwick Business School (WBS), United Kingdom, a degree which was obtained on a
WBS sponsorship.
Currently, Ugochi is the Partnerships Lead for Google Search for Sub Saharan
Africa, where she is responsible for the Google Search partnership strategy for the continent.
Outside of work she is passionate about supporting women in Tech and advocating for building
technology for inclusivity for people with disabilities.
